MIG CLOSES $1.85 Million Series "D" Round

ROYAL OAK, Mich., (October 1, 2002) --MIG Email Marketing (MIG) today announced the closing of a $1.85 Million Series "D" round of funding. The financing is in the form of Senior Subordinated Convertible Notes, and included M Group, a Birmingham, Michigan-based venture capital firm, and other existing and new investors. The financing is expected to take the Company to profitability in early 2003.

MIG CEO Mark J. Bennett commented, "We are very pleased to have closed this round of funding that should take us to profitability.
